End-User License Agreement

10KLakes, LLC grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use SlabPop, including the mobile application and any associated smart devices, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and strictly in accordance with this agreement.

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to, license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the application or make the application available to any third party.

10KLakes, LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.

The application may include links to, or integrate with, third-party websites or services that are not owned, operated, or controlled by 10KLakes, LLC. You acknowledge and agree that 10KLakes, LLC has no responsibility or liability for the content, policies, practices, or availability of any such third-party websites or services.

Your access to and use of these third-party resources is at your own risk. 10KLakes, LLC shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss arising from or related to your use of, or reliance on, any content, goods, or services available through such third-party websites or services.

The content provided through the application, including but not limited to price estimates and historical data, is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. While 10KLakes, LLC endeavors to ensure the accuracy and reliability of such content, no guarantees are made regarding its completeness, timeliness, or applicability.

By using the application, you acknowledge and agree that 10KLakes, LLC shall not be held liable, whether directly or indirectly, for any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance upon any content presented within the application.

The application may contain user-generated content that is not owned or controlled by 10KLakes, LLC.

10KLakes, LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, user-generated content. You further acknowledge and agree that 10KLakes, LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such user content.

This agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or 10KLakes, LLC.

10KLakes, LLC may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this agreement with or without prior notice.

This agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from 10KLakes, LLC, if you fail to comply with any provision of this agreement. You may also terminate this agreement by deleting the application and all copies thereof from your device.

Upon termination of this agreement, you shall cease all use of the application and delete all copies of the application from your mobile device or desktop.

If any provision of this agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of the provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

10KLakes, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this agreement at any time.
