30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return — no restocking fees, no hassle. We want you to love your SlabPop.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@10klakessoftware.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and a shipping address.
Return Conditions
- Item must be in its original packaging and undamaged.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your SlabPop arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@10klakessoftware.com. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.
Exchanges
Want to swap your SlabPop for a different finish? Contact us within the 30-day window and we'll help you exchange. The fastest route is typically to return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items not in original packaging or showing signs of use beyond normal inspection.
